Ashley Mary is an artist, designer, and muralist based between Minneapolis and Des Moines- one crooked little line.
Wonder, intuition, and curiosity in using a range of art mediums inform her shape, pattern, and color language, always a little wabi sabi in its outcome. Her vibrant abstract works are an expression of her emotional world and her inner child, continually learning how to control less and play more, to analyze less and feel more- a personal practice of trust. Ashley’s creative practice expands from studio work in mixed-mediums with a primary focus on collage, acrylics, and stained glass to commercial work in product and illustration, as well as mural installations nationwide. Past clients include Lancôme, Google, Apple, Starbucks, Meta, Target, Paramount/Nickelodeon, Domestika, and more. When not in her studio, Ashley loves to learn new crafts (currently taking pottery classes), hunt for interesting old objects, travel, and romp around outside.
